CO-LEARNING FOR CHANGE LEADERSHIP
This Pillar offers the space to capture, exchange and develop skills, methods and mindsets for effective change leadership in Europe. It’s where Ashoka’s community comes together to learn and progress the cutting-edge topics in social entrepreneurship and changemaking. Learning communities can be joined online and offline through physical workshops across the continent on a flexible and modular basis.

EMPOWERING THE ECOSYSTEM
In order to fully thrive, social entrepreneurs in Europe need pan-European infrastructures of support – that’s why we created this pillar “Empowering the ecosystem”. We want to inspire new multistakeholder initiatives for the burning needs of the social entrepreneurship sector in Europe. Learn how you can contribute to fund, transfer and localize system changing solutions and innovations!

IGNITING COLLECTIVE IMPACT
Here, it’s all about igniting collective impact to address Europe’s grand challenges and the SDGs. We will host labs that will spark new collaborations and collective impact initiatives by bringing leading social entrepreneurs and decision makers together. In 2019/2020 we’ll focus on ‘Populism and the challenges to Democracy’ and ‘Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime’. You have another topic in mind? Reach out to us!

SOCIAL FINANCE: Webinar & Workshop
To scale up their impact, change leaders require access to affordable finance. This 2-hour webinar – on November 20th (9:00-11:00 am CET) – will offer you first insights to help guide you towards powerful Social Finance strategies. More in-depth knowledge will be provided during our 2-day in person workshop at the end of January in Bucharest!

WELLBEING: A New Year's Retreat to start 2020 with reflection & focus!
We invite you to the first Ashoka Wellbeing Retreat of the year! Wellbeing helps us run the marathon of systems change and to be the best versions of ourselves. From 23rd-25th of January we’ll meet in Bucharest to take a step back, connect as a peer community and explore how we can take care of our own wellbeing as we work for the wellbeing of others. SYSTEM CHANGE: 8 weeks to fuel your impact! 
Starting in January 2020, some of the most innovative social entrepreneurs (including you?) will come together to experience a deep dive into powerful system change strategies. This co-learning module is a combination of online and in-person gatherings, it offers strong insights and a great networking opportunity alike.

We offer this co-learning space - again a combination of online and offline events - to help you spread your impact to new regions or countries. From March 17th to May 27th 2020 we will learn about successful models and you will develop your very own replication & transfer model in exchange with leading experts in the field.

NEWS & RESOURCES

ELDERS RETREAT NEWS
For the first time, 10 Ashoka Fellows from Europe & US came together to explore the challenges and opportunities that come with eldership and transition. The group also explored how else they might be able to contribute and continue their changemaking journeys. This exploration culminated in the Elder Fellows forming an Elders Council, pledging to represent and support Fellows in transition around the world. A working group was put together to fully establish the council by 2020. Do get in touch with the Wellbeing team ([email protected]) if you want to hear more about this initiative!
