New Course: Cross-Sector Collaboration

Are you looking for ways to incorporate positive impact into your daily business? Join a peer cohort of corporate intrapreneurs and Ashoka Fellows in this action learning online course for practical tools, open discussions on barriers and opportunities, roadmap for co-creation and access to experts in cross-sector collaboration. Facilitated Online Course: Everyone Leads

How do we design teams and organizations that effectively share leadership? Join our Everyone Leads online learning journey on building an internal culture that unlocks your team’s full changemaking potential – according to their terms, goals and context. Deadline Coming Up: Social Finance

To scale up their impact, social entrepreneurs require access to affordable finance. Join our 2-day social finance online workshop to learn about social funding approaches and structuring investment deals for world-changing ideas. The workshops are offered in partnership with the Ashoka Social Finance Team, Ashoka ASN Team and FASE. Apply by March 31st.

Being Well as We Work from Home

Steelcase, Ashoka Europe Fellowship Program partner, has carried out extensive research on the effects of the pandemic on work environments and practices and have discovered various dimensions of body and space that people can play with to create the right conditions for work. Their results are published in a report called “Global Report: Changing Expectations and the Future of Work”.

Climate action calls for courageous philanthropists

After a session held during the Ashoka Changemakers Summit in November last year, three main ideas emerged about a crucial actor in mitigating the climate crisis: philanthropists. This article highlights the power dynamic between the grant-giver and the grantee matters, along with how the climate solutions solve multiple problems and why philanthropists need to listen to those with expertise and first-hand experience on the issues they impact.
